Shipping Within the US
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our studio in San Diego. Items shipped via Standard Shipping usually arrive within 3-7 business days to US destinations. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
Priority Mail upgrade options are also available during checkout, and generally arrive within 2-3 days of shipment.

Please note: sales tax must be charged on orders shipping to destinations in California.
International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated by weight/size, and do not include delivery confirmation or tracking. Transit time for International delivery may be 3-4 weeks — shipping times vary depending on the shipping destination, proximity to major holidays, and the local postal service.
International shipments are sometimes held at your local post office for pickup. Please consider checking with your local post office if your order is slow to arrive... sometimes they forget to leave a note.
Depending on your country, additional customs charges, fees or taxes may be due upon receipt of your package. Please note that any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns + Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges.
Returns must be delivered to us in unused condition within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). Please get in touch at hello@cottonandflax.com to receive a return authorization, and to confirm the return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to issue a refund for items that are damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
